Less than 1% of all students ever become instructors, but the drive and determination to excel is readily apparent in the eyes of that 1% very early in their training.
In fact, an exceptional student's thirst for challenges may not be quenched solely by their studio training opportunities and recognizing that exceptional students need exceptional challenges and opportunities, the Youth Leadership Program endeavors to provide supplemental activities for the most eager students.
The Youth Leadership Program may not be well suited to all students and not all parents will be able to provide the level of support for their child that is required for the child to participate in the supplemental development activities made available to students who have the strongest desire to achieve their full potential.
